Hi guys and gals
I'm building a new PC this week and of course I will need a new IPS monitor to replace my old Dell 2209W (the non IPS version).
I was searching scan's website for IPS monitors and just noticed there are LED (instead of LCD) IPS monitors.
Question is are these LED versions better than the LCD?

forgot to mention will be using it for image/video editing with the occassional gaming.
