Lee landscape polariser or not?

I already have the lee 105mm circular polariser but I just got the canon 16-35f4 and It vignettes badly on anything lower than around 21mm. Just wondered if anyone had moved from the original to the thinner landscape version and if so was it worth the £160? Thanks in advance for any replies?
 
I have the 16-35 and the same setup as yourself. Lee filter holder with two slots, plus landscape polariser = no vignetting @16mm.

I did actually try adding a third filter slot last week but that caused vignetting just in the corners of the image until around 20mm

I've never had the original so I can only assume it is slimmer and from what I understand adds a little warming to the image.

Hi Martin, as Stu said. I've had both polarisers as well. I only use it with 2 slots and no vignetting noted, which is so much better than the old polariser. If your old polariser is in good nick, you should be able to sell it easy enough. I sold mine with no problems for £105 I think on the forum.

As neither of you have mentioned sensor size then be aware that vignetting will occur at a longer focal length with a full frame sensor than when compared to an APS-C body.

Full frame here (Canon 5D MkII) with the Landscape Polariser and 2 filter holder slots - it is thinner and no vignetting (y)
 
Ooops full frame 5Ds. I think you'll definitely see a difference between them, although it depends if you want to spend the extra money or justify it.
 
At 16mm the polariser is more than likely to create a horrible effect. I try not to use one below 35mm. When you truly need one, you can probably survive with a "normal" slim 77mm screw in type
