I am wondering if anyone could help me?
I'm Currently moving away from cropped sensors and buying a 5D mk1 and would really love the 24-105 f4 L lens, however due to it's hefty price tag I am wondering if the Sigma 24 - 70 f2.8 EX DG lens would see me right as a temporary fix.
I'm aware of the difference in focal length, but would like to know if anyone has used one and could tell me what the quality is like? Is it sharp? or just not worth bothering with!
I'm due to start shooting weddings soon so it would have to be able to cope with this.
