Lens Hood

Hey,

Quick question:

What lens hood do I need for my D40 kit lens 18-55mm!
I know I need the right size to match my lens's focal length but what size/ shape???
I have a standard fold away rubber one but can't get on with it so looking for a sturdier material.
I have googled it but can't seem to pinpoint the correct one :shrug:

check the nikon website
find the lens and look under 'accessories'...

haha I did actually try Nikon site and couldn't find it!

Had a look a sec back and there only available from China if Im correct,
will hold out for a cheap one of Ebay though
