lens / sensor gritt...

anybody know of a specialist co. that cleans IMPOSSIBLE to remove sensor / lens gritt & dirt? My trusty 'old reliable' Canon 28-135mm f/3.5 USM has some bits and pieces that seem to be trapped inside the rear....d'oh!!!
