lensmaster rh-1 gimbal head

ok im looking to buy a lensmaster rh-1 gimbal head.would this be ok with a sigma 150-500 or possibly a canon 400mm f5.6 or a canon 300mm f/4 is plus 1x4 extender.
i just want to make sure these lenses fit the rh-1 head.

Yes they all fit using the suplied 140mm lens plate.

Yes it would fit fine, I've used mine with the Sigma 120-300 with a 2X and 1.4 on it.
