Lerwick, Shetland Isles.

I like 2 and 3, good composition, good lead in lines etc. I'd have liked to see #1 as a B&W conversion, I don't think it works too well in colour and the big open sky dominates.

any tips on best places to photograph
lerwick looks nice. i agree the dull day would be better in b+w
 
I particularly like no 3, the splashes of colour in a shot otherwise grey.

Are you wanting to photograph anything particular? Very windy at the moment, so good for some raging seas and cliff scenery - not so good for arriving by boat and air though:puke: :D

+1 for monochrome version of 1.

However both 1 and 2 show quite strong CA.

I like number 3 but I can't make up my mind whether the ship in the distance is a distraction or a far point for the eye to rest on.
