Light bokeh!

It's a nice composition, I've also done some shots of just bokeh and sometimes it can produce some nice pictures.

True, it just seems like u've turned AF off and took the shot out of focus.
 
I have also taken some just bokeh shots, but always find it better when there's something in focus.
Otherwise it looks like you just can't be bothered focusing!
