Got this at the weekend.
Im aiming to get more interesting shots than just side on portraits that I usually take but not sure if this is as good as it could have been.
The light was a bit harsh which didnt help.

Perfect timing I would say (y) and a good edit
 
This is not a "side on portrait" it is action and very well taken too.
 
I've yet to get a linnet shot, this is a well taken, nicely detailed, action shot depite the harsh lighting :)

Looking back on my post it looks like im baiting for "well done" type posts. :bonk:
I hope it didnt come across that way.
I was so critical of this shot i wasnt going to upload it to my website.
But its good to have other peoples eyes on shots. Cus I think I might be stuck in a "technical" critique of my own work rather than looking at what makes a good shot overall.

That's why I post my piccys on here, it is so easy to overlook things, or not to recognise the potential within a shot. Let alone, in my case, be ignorant of the technical possibilities for improvement.

The objective view point though not allways "nice shot" is invaluable :)
