Little Grebe

My fave shots from my trip to Barnes. These little lovlies were round the back of the reserve. The paths were a little trecherous and there were bitterns that were taking everyones attentions, so that 3 of these were happily feeding about 10m from the shore.

It was my first real outing with it! Got some nice images though. Both the reach and portability are great and the OS is a real bonus, its really bloody good!

Lovely little birds and quite difficult to photograph sometimes. Well done I like them a lot.

Thanks! They seemed very happy for me to be so close which was a shock as they are usually so skittish.
