Ok then, I'll kick off this one...

#1 is a well used fun perspective, and I think you've done quite well, although the point of focus appears to be the top of his head, rather than his eyes/nose which leaves his chin a bit too much OoF.
#2 Again, I would like to see his face the focal point
#3 This is my fav image for sure (or collection of LOL) and WOW at that hair!

1 is my favourite here. 2 is too soft and I am not keen on the lighting to his face, 3 is ace and should have been entered into last months Tryptych competition!
