Its 7pm and i,m lying on my back in the princess dock, a police car cruises by, it fails to see me hiding behind two sets of railings and a no entry sign !!

oh I like that, the lens curvature and light stars really work for th eimage rather then against.

cheers all, not a bad attempt but the i had it in my mind what i was looking for.
I was just a bit late with the light which i wanted a bit more deep blue.
It was hand held on the floor/dock wall.
Nikon d200 f22 8 seconds 10 mm nikon fisheye.
this was 10 mins later
