It looks very soft, the blur on the left hand boxer's feet show your shutter speed wasn't fast enough.
Apart from technique, the framing isn't great. Needs to be much tighter. The typical boxing action shot involves the upper half of the body. No need to see the feet, adds nothing to the image, and definitely no need to see the referee. If you had a zoom lens, something like this would have been a great shot (if in focus/sharp)

Many thanks for the input, i really do appreciate it as it is the only way to learn.
I do not have a zoom it was a 50mm prime.
I understand the speed but when i arrived the lighting was perfect then during the 1st bout they dimmed all the lights so had to rush to change settings. and obvious i didn't get it right ( what do say thats no excuse )
