Local Egret

Been trying to get some good photos of an egret which I regularly see along my canal walk.

I hope you like them, I really had fun taking these.....juggling with low battery life and wading through the mud !!

Nice images, i prefer number 1 as number 3 has some haloing around the back end of the wings which spoils it for me.

thanks for the comments everyone !!, are the crops OK ?

Never noticed the halo on #3 but I can see it now.....I think I overprocessed it a little.

Im not sure which one I like the best, I was thinking #2 as I really like the pose, but #1 I really like too :/

Great shots Oliver well done, as has been said the first two are tight crops, the last one giving the bird somewhere to "fly" into is the best

One other thing, I understand why you have it but your copyright logo is a bit overpowering :shrug:

thanks Anthony, I agreed the logo is too big, I think I was trying to get the URL visible, but I'll make it smaller for my next shots
