I thought I had scored a cracker with this Bee I seen. Then the top leaf become apparent.



As for the Buttercup - it had just rained and I was actually looking for glistening spider webs with a resident in the centre.



Perfect clarity is still a long way off but practice is the key!!

Those pics were taken using the standard close up settings on the 350D.

real shame about the leaf in the top shot, would have been an cracker if it wasnt there. Te buttercup is just a tad too bright at the back of the center part, that detracts from what could have been a great shot. Bit of cropping doesnt hurt sometimes either, crop to increase impact on that
