Loch Ard, Aberfoyle, Trossachs

Hi all

By no means a great landscape photographer but had a wee go at these last night as its was nice and the water had some near perfect reflections.

Is the vignetting too much, or even needed? I kinda prefer them with it.

3. Framing was difficult due to trees, and I could do nothing about the branch that sticks up in the middle which is annoying.

4. Finally, a wee HDR.

Nice to see those.
Used to be a favourite stomping ground of mine when I did a bit of fishing.
For me No4 has the most pleasing composition.

nice to see an area which I have photographed a lot but unfortunately not this year.

I think the fourth one is the best here. Very well done with the HDR and not immediately obvious. I am not too sure about the vignette in the first two though.

Thanks for your comments guys. I was unsure about 4 at first but its growing on me. My best attempt at an HDR too so far.

Thanks Steve, that was a very rare occurrence though. I have been here countless times for a sunrise and only once got a decent cloud formation, especially when it's combined with a bit of mist.
