Went to Stratford with some friends, it was a pretty cool place - after seeing others photos it inspired me to go back to explore what I missed.

Some good ones there Dan, especially like the canal photo, nice contrast to the new buildings
Grew up round that area although only place I recognised was the old Percy Daltons factory at Fish Island, its all changed a bit

Oh boy, that's changed in the twenty odd years I've been away.

I grew up in that area too . . .

Good its a lot cleaner, but sad locals can't afford to live there anymore, don't think I want to anyway

Born and lived there for forty years and been gone almost twenty too.
My late ma worked at the Matchbox toys factory at Hackney Wick.
