Looking for a new camera backpack

Hi all - Happy New Year (long time no post - have been v. busy!)

I'm looking to get a new backpack for my camera gear - here's what I need it to hold:

Canon 350D with Sigma 17-70mm F2.8-4.5 Macro attached.

Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5 - f/4.5 USM
Canon EF 100mm f/2.8 Macro USM
Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM

Charger - spare memory, rocket cleaner and cloths - straps to attach tripod / monopod - possibly laptop storage - plus space to put water bottles - snacks - rainwear etc for longer hikes

Also needs to be water proof.
