Lotus Celebration - Brands Hatch

Went to Brands Hatch today for the season opener. All sorts of stuff racing so a good mix and some good atcion.

It started off cold but bright, but soon clouded over and was uncomfortably cold at some points. The light started to go around 4ish and it started raining in the wind so it was quite slippery on track.

Left at 5ish, couldn't face another hour of racing. I reckon they would have abandoned the last race anyway as it was proper dark.

Here's some pics, just a handful of many I shot today...

What better way to start a thread with a slow shutter pan?

Yep, that first one in the second batch must have caused a bit of a panic in the cabin, great catch. Any of the mags interested in it?

Yeah was a knackered CV joint or something, squirted it's lube all over everything that was hot under the engine cover and it went up.

Didn't ask :) was almost a month ago so a bit late now!
