Lowepro Flipside series owners

I am looking to purchase a Lowepro flipside back back. I have narrowed it down to the 400 and 500.

My question is will the 400 take my 60d with 400mm prime attached?

Yes, it will... I frequently use mine with a 100-400mm attached.

Again a yes - I have a 60d with a sigma 135-400m that fits fairly easily.

I believe it is called a 400 as aimed to fit a camera + 400mm lens?
(500 = camera + 500mm lens)

is that with the 100-400 at its longest? think theres about 3 or 4 inch difference between the 100-400 and 400mm F5.6

Mike, i had a thought thats why, on the web site it references the 500 lens to the bag, but not on the 400.

No problem Steve and on a 7D too now I think of it, so you will be fine with a 60D

Mine fits a gripped 5D along with 300mm f2.8 with a 2xTC with loads of room for other things so I can't imagine youd have a problem
