Yes
Has anyone taken their Primus on a flight as hand luggage? I'm off on holiday next month and just want to make sure it'll be OK as it's my only camera bag.
Flying with Thomson if that makes any difference.

Cheers,
Jim.

Always check the carrier website for hand luggage allowances!

Each customer may take one item of hand baggage weighing no more than the limits shown above (maximum dimensions of 55x40x20cm). Other bags such as handbags, laptop bags or laptop computers must be carried within the single item of cabin baggage. It is recommended that video cameras, mobile telephones and other valuable items and medication should be carried as hand luggage. You must be able to lift this yourself into overhead storage compartments or the bag must fit under the seat in front of you.

Also worth ringing the airline. If you explain that the hand luggage is camera equipment and that you want to avoid it going in the hold they will sometimes make exception.

Cheers folks, I'll get the tape measure out tonight and check

Lowepro product Catalogue 2010 say both the AW and Minimus AW meet the Airline carry on baggage criteria as above double check size and weight with your Carrier.
