I've not used Hama brand batterys, but have a load of ExPro branded ones, used on Nikon, Fuji, Pentax and Sony, and cannot tell the difference between these and the official ones

I took a punt on a Duracell equivalent. ( I have 4 Canon LP-E6 batteries) With a upgrade, my 5D3 tells me it's not a real Canon battery, but uses it. The 6D refuses to function at all with it. One good thing about Tesco is that if it really doesn't work, they make no quibble about refunds

There's a notice on the Duracell Direct site that warns they won't work in later versions of the 6D and more recent chargers, although nothing about the 70D so you pays your money....http://www.duracelldirect.co.uk/m/pno/dr9943.html

Shame because they are really good batteries. If you try one and it works please let us know.

I use these with my 70D,no problems at all, they last as long as the Canon battery,no trouble with the charger either.

How many shots you getting on average with the batteries each?

First charge gave me just over 500 Joe. Second charge gave me 550.

Duracells don't work with the 6D. I suspect it is the same for cameras that came out after the 6D .Personally I'd go for an alternative if there is any doubt.

Really? I must be very lucky then. I have two Duracells for my 6D and they both work perfectly.
