Dashed over to the M6 after a quiet morning at Thirlmere in hope of some aircraft.
Didn't have to wait long, just got the camera out and a King Air turned up,and some surprised visitors later on
Great shots them, the Red Arrows flew over here last week and they had a similar formation with a main body and one out wide some way behind, why do they do that and not all fly as a tight group? just wondered
A very Lucky catch indeed... a good mate of mine got them in formation about 4 years ago and as far as I know he has been the only one to get them all at once (outside an Airshow) till you got these
plenty of single and pairs have been snapped but the whole - lot this is only the second time
so well done you lucky person
cheers Chris
