well done there! Great shots, trying to figure out the 2nd one!
 
Thank you, yes they are both on my S1050 in manual mode, the badge is a bit scratched now and I would have prefered a broader DoF. You don't like the second one? It's a bubble on a beige carpet with a lot of background light, I increased the colour and then did it in negative, I thought it works quite well but, well I'm only starting out.
