Yes
I know this isnt necessarily equipment - its a firmware addon to the existing software onto EOS camera's.

Is anyone using it and how have they found the use (is it easy), is it a great aide to photography?

Im interested in the time lapse features, HDR videoing and the AEB HDR that takes all exposure possible.

Whats the feature you look forward to most when it comes out this evening (unless you've donated in which case, you probably already have it)?

:)

Is it reliable? Can the camera be set back to factory default if it goes belly up?

it doesnt overwrite camera so yes, all you need to do is remove battery, format the memory card (as that carries the software, just putting the card back in will just reboot the s/w on the card) and re-insert if it crashes.

If you want "normal camera" operations, just format your memory card so the software isnt on there and reboot camera.

thats good news rob :) 8pm tonight i'll be grabbing my copy and if its good, i have no problem donating to them, looks like they've done something very special.

samems: yes, the camera boots up the software on the card, best thing to do, is google magic lantern and take a read at the information they have on the web page. :)

Charging batteries and will install it on my 3 cards for my 60D tonight.

1 card already has the older V.
