Making a facebook page?

Right folks,

I have a website that I'm slowly getting round to completing, but seeing as most of my prospective clients will be students (I'm at uni myself currently), facebook seems to be the logical means of advertising.

So I was just wondering, how does one go about setting up a 'page'? I've got a profile already, does the page have to be linked to a profile? Or do you set it up as if it were a new profile altogether? And is there anything else about facebook advertising I need to be considering?

Cheers for any help, and if anyone has a link to their facebook page (a 'like'-able thing, not individual profile I'm talking about here), by all means stick it up if you feel like sharing so we can see the kind of thing that people are doing! Cheers guys

I forget sometimes that there are other sources of knowledge other than TP! Still, I'd like to see anyone's page still if they're willing to share!

I didn't know you could customise a facebook page that much! Cheers for posting the link, I'll have a sit down and a think about it
