Making your own photo website?

Looking for something basic that will just resize photos and add to a multi folder photo website. The closest I have got to it is shozam but it does not appear to deal with multi folders.

Anyone?

Not being rude also...but I guess if you'd read what I'd written you would have seen that none of those do what I asked.

I want a self hosted website that automatically resizes pictures, rather than having to resize each one to fit. The example I gave shows the subtle differences. I think that I now have a work around with Shozam so will go with that.

Does multifolder mean that you're going to upload your photos in a bunch of directories with photos via ftp and you want a gallery that would take go through the directories and create thumbnails and some kind of viewing size photos?

I think Simple Picture Gallery Manager and singapore can do the job too.
 
Having looked at the shozam website I think jalbum will do everything you need and more and is free for personal use :thumbs:

You Sir, are a star. Jalbum was exactly what I was looking for - and well worth the donation towards development.

Perhaps another for the sticky at the top of the page?
