1st is the best by a country mile. That is one top capture. Good framing, except that the tops of the palms are missing. If I was to tweak anything I'd lose the walkway in the lower left. Otherwise
The 2nd is not sharp, nice colours, but nothing else much going for it.
3rd is holiday brochure/snap. Not bad, but then not good.

#1 is gorgeous, stunning colours and fab exposure.
Its the pale light from the huts that really make the shot shine for me.

#3, I agree is a typical brochure shot .... but what a view!
I particularly like the edit by GSXRMovistar, a scene of dreams.
