Manfrotto 322CR2 head joint slipping

Hi,

Does anyone know how to fix (or where to take) a Manfrotto 322CR2, where the ball joint that is constantly slipping. This is the head joint like a bike handle grip, has been working beautifully up to now. At present if I am postioning the camera facing forward, the head doesn't grip and slips down.

You will find on the head an allen key fitting nut which just needs tightening up. This should do the trick.

Or try the black tension wheel in the handle, you can change how tightly the ball is gripped when you release the handle. If you can't get it tight enough like that then the allen screw is the way to go.
 
You Just need to pinch the small Allen key up at the back of it as its used for setting the pre tension :)
