Manfrotto 323 Quick Change Rectangular Plate Adaptor

My cameras are all fitted with the Manfrotto QR plates, 200PL-14.

I have mini-tripod that I use for 'low-down' work, trouble is it has it's own plastic integral QR plate....very inconvenient and incompatible. :thumbsdown:

I came across this little adaptor to solve my problem, fit it to existing plastic QR plate or remove QR plate and fix it permantly.

Aye its a useful item, I have one on my macro rail. If I ever get round to getting a flash bracket I'll put one there too
