Manfrotto stile messenger - 18% grey?

Just had a thought whilst packing my bag for tomorrow - is the inner liner of this bag 18% grey, for setting white balance like (i believe) Lowepro bags are?

or is it just grey, and i'm being very hopeful about manfrotto's design team...

Not heard of that Mike, but sounds like a great idea / marketing tool if it is - will have to have to find a piece of 18% grey card and check :thumbs:
 
Unlikely to be dead right. Even Lowepro bags aren't 18% grey - that's an internet myth, they're too light. I have three Lowepros and they're all fractionally different which might indicate that it's hard to guarantee accuracy, even if a manufacturer wanted to. Can be a handy 'constant reference' tone though.
