Manfrotto to Swis Arca

I have a XPR head with 200PL plate. What is the best way to adapt it to take a Swis Arca L bracket

I have an XPro head and bought a Sunwayfoto clamp. You will also need the little boss adapter I think. There’s a couple of videos on YouTube that show how.

The second solution, swapping the clamp out altogether, is neater unless you need to use both Arca and Manfrotto plates. This is the sort of boss adapter mentioned above:
