Hi all

I was kindly given a tripod 785B by Towershot and two of the legs are broken in that the legs do not lock at the joints and can be easily pulled out or pushed in by hand. I love the tripod though and was wondering if the legs can be replaced or if I should just use it for maybe holding my flash? It is still a great little tripod and can be used as a mini tripod or a monopod :)
 
Don't know, but these are built to a price, and I doubt any repair would be cost effective.

If its easy to use for something (e.g. flash) then I'd just go with that.

Others may have different opinions.
 
Thanks for the links I'm glad to say I emailed Manfrotto direct and they have informed me they will replace the whole tripod for me FOC!!! :clap::clap::clap:

What great service amongst the usual poor excuses for bad customer service from companies in general :thumbs: to Manfrotto
