Better that way then them sending it out for you to find the fault, so fair play to them for checking. However, if and when you do get it (see the cat-like caution there!), then do put a few films though it and test it on every setting before the warranty runs out. It seems it's sometimes a bit of a tightrope walk with these rarefied old cameras reliability wise... and, like cats, the ones with the best pedigree might not be quite as rough tough as the common or garden moggy. That said, when on form, you can't beat a thoroughbred!
 
Humph. Still not got this particular camera. Repairer can't have got it working fully or I would have heard something. :crying: :dummy:
