I am off to Botswana in a couple of weeks and my carry on luggage is already bulging at the seams. I normally edit on my 17" Dell laptop and I could take that but it seems a bit OTT. I have a 13" Dell that would be more manageable. If I download all images to an external SSD and process the in LR/PS is it an easy task to transfer them to my 17" laptop on my return. The images will be on the same external SSD as I use at home but it will have created a different catalogue.
