I've never shot these before so I went out at mid-day to a local trout fishing lake with the intention of grabbing some of the action. Quick little buggers, aren't they! Not a cloud in the sky so not ideal conditions but it beats work for a little while.

Anyway here are some of my efforts....

The very same but it has changed considerably. When I used to fish there there was a landfill site adjacent to the lake - it's now a 9 hole golf course, there is also a bar/restaurant overlooking the lakes. I was quite surprised how good it looked.

I was there with Jill at the weekend coincidentally ... didn't have the gear and thought to myself I must come back with it and check it out for pics ... how spooky is that ? :eek:

Just noticed these, really nice series (y) These things hardly ever sit for me, you guys seem to have them eating out of your hands almost.
