Minolta MD to Nikon Converter

I know this is not strictly film but bear with...

I have a Minolta X-300 with a fab Minolta MD 35-70 f1:3.5 lens which is great. (Hurrah!)
I also have a DSLR Nikon (boo!)

On my Digital Nikon I can mount (and have done successfully) some very old Manual Focus Nikon lenses which is great. No auto exposures, everytjing manual!

I now like to use the very lovely Minolta MD 35-70 f1:3.5 on the my Nikon DSLR as it gives great results on my film camera.

Does such an adapter exist?

They all come with a small lens element that allows infinity focus - some of them can be quite poor quality, so bear that in mind.
