Mirror lock up D90

Please put me out my misery. Is it possible to lock up the mirror before taking a picture on my D90. I can't find anything about it in the manual.:shrug: I'm trying to reduce camera vibration.

Quick google, turns out it doesn't have a generic mirror lock up mode, but there is a mirror delay mode.
