The top two thirds don't but the bottom third has some potential. The muted tones are the most appealing thing for me. Have you tried a crop?

can you tell i'm not a fan of minimalist stuff

I might go read about it some more so i can appreciate it better rather than being that guy who says 'how a about a crop'.

I like the huge sky...and I like the fact it all merges into a mutedness...crop looks weak - not enough resolution to get anything decent out of it.
