soo I bought a big old lens, 2kg 300 f4 pentacon, and with my a77, its damn heavy to handhold, so I'm looking for a monopod for when I'm at events to take the weight and steady the camera and lens.
mostly be motorsport, airshows, birds in the garden perhaps.
would also use it with the kit zoom and 70 400 g2 if we get one..
so which brands or models are good value?
I have the redsnapper ball head, would a limited head be better?
