Moon and stars

Just a couple from my first proper attempts at some starry sky photography in Snowdonia. The moon was very bright, so getting the exposure right for the stars was a challenge! Another night out needed when there's less light!

Nice effort The moon certainly doesn't help with shooting stars. You can sometimes get away if shooting in the other direction though. Regardless, I love going out anyway!

Ps Is there some dark spots in the lower half of the star image?
