The sun was off to the left, almost backlighting, and had it run to time (it was about 17 minutes late here), the light would have been shocking.

I think this ranks as one of my favourite ever steam images.

Thats because it is. Taken from the West End of the Westbound platform, you can just see Wrawby Junction signal box behind the loco.
