MP3 sites and mp3 conversion

Please can some body recommend a pay for mp3 down load site,I have quite an extensive library so don't want to be paying loads for subscription, just want to down load odd track now and again. ( NO illegal sites please) :nono:

Also am looking for a free program to convert a mp3 to a .mid for a mobile phone ring tone, I can find .mid to mp3...but they wont do other way round for some reason. :shrug:

Any help would be great.
