hi, love the architecture of the cathedrals - the work is breathtaking so went along to Canterbury to visit the town and its history. This is my first attempt at putting a number of exposures together to get an Hdr effect. The only downside i didnt use a tripod and wasnt sure about the coloir balance. These are more record shots but really would like crit on how the exposures have panned out. Thanks for any help and advice.

I gotta say I think the first one had the potential to be an awesome shot if it was taken from directly underneath.
I find the spotlights offputting in the second shot.
The lack of symmetry in the last 2 shots detracts from them in my opinion.

Thanks Ricard for input, I have a shot taken literally underneath and zoomed in but haven't edited it yet. Would you like me to post it up?

your no 1 is the best and i might say the only one which appeals to me at all
you got the exposures right and did the hdr thing better than some i have seen

cheers
geof
