Here is my first attempt with my new camera.
Any suggestions and comments please.

Looking very soft there Liz. Whenever you reduce a pic in size it loses a little definition in the process and needs sharpening. This one will sharpen up nicely.

Nice shot with the beetle adding interest. :)
 
We don't have a sharpen program yet. Need to get photo suite. Would anyone like to give it a sharpen so we can see what it would look like?

Oh well, here's my attempt although I think I have over sharpened it coz I'm seeing halo's (or maybe its late and I'm tired!!? :shrug: )

Will be going out today to buy a programme to process my photos.

You can download Paint Shop Pro as a free trial and it's quite reasonable to buy too.

I'd be very careful about committing yourself to any particular package at this early stage - try a few freebie downloads and see how you get on. Once you get really used to one package, it's difficult to change to another.

I have downloaded a free trial of Adobe photoshop Elements and seems to be a good programme.

But i will be trying different ones also till i find one that suits me.:)
 
very nice! (can I ask, is it a big daisy or a tiny beelte? :thinking: )
