My first Bird

I was taking Photo's of my Dogs at the Beach this Week, when this Fellow took my Eye. Never thought it would come out clear. This is as it came of the camera, no cropping or photoshopping.

With a bit of cropping and post processing you should be able to produce a good image.

To take pictures of birds can prove to be a real challenge especially in flight. A good tip is to go down to your local park, pond or river where people feed birds. Try throwing bread into the air, this can also be fun but keep the cameras speed up.

what shutter speed did you use on this photo? Looks nice and sharp . This is my first photo of a bird, bit of lightroom to change the background colours but no crop or anything

Shutter Speed? No Idea, bit of a Novice, so when I am out with the Dogs the Camera is mostly set on Auto. All I do is press the Button and hope for the best
