Some often photographed scenes there but your versions have come out well. Even the wide angle perspective distortion in #2 looks right here.

Thats Brill m8y, The only way to learn is to get out and snap, compare and be hard on yourself. your doing good.
I love photo 3 with the lamplight dircectly down the handrail.
snap and be happy you will soon get the tech stuff right

Wide angle on pic 2 is off. But taking shots of building is not easy to get right
if you need help just ask
But keep snapping and learning

Just viewing these photos at work and they look very dark, are they looking dark for you?

quedash, I enjoy just snapping happily at stuff, not out there to win a prize or anything. Taking photos is fun but getting feedbacks make it more satisfying.

Number 4 looks too dark to me - the others look dark but not so bad. I don't think #5 really works at the minute though as it comes across as just a snap rather than a thought through image.

nicely exposed shots, i wouldnt say they were too dark. all the right bits are visible.
