Lovely colours on him. Not keen on the black border though.

You might get more response if you asked a kindly mod to move the thread to the bird forum.

I agree with erding, lose the border. I like the angle of the bird and th4 detail of the feathers is great. Try adjusting the highlights as the right hand of the "bird bath" is burnt out.

Does this mean that a photo I took which I assumed was of a hummingbird is, in fact, of something entirely different? I don't see much in the way of similarities.
