Anything better? I'm planning on putting it in an old case so it's like a wolf in sheeps clothing. :D
 
Looks good value to me. Hope you are running W7 64bit on there!

Edit: Actually spending a little more on a proper PSU might be good. You will only need to get a decent 400W one for this build and own brand ones can be dodgy- don't skimp on the power!

Yes, 64 bit. :)

I've ummed and aahed over the PSU. I originally had an OCZ StealthXStream2 500w in, but wasn't sure it'd handle another 1TB drive when I upgrade?
 
i have overclocked cpu , radeon 5770 and 4 HDD's, ssd and bluray player and 575W is enough :)
in your case 500 would be enough
and as Menthel mentioned it is better to get PSU of better make to avoid disappointment

It will have no problem. That rig will run on a decent 400W PSU, so that OCZ 500W will be fine. Hard drives hardly sip at the power in comparison to other components and a high quality PSU will be performing more efficiently than the cheapo one anyways.

Sony Optiarc AD-7260S 24x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter (Black) - OEM

Realise I still need a GPU, but will add a used one soon. Any suggestions around 50 notes?
