I bought a Pentax K10D new in 2007 using £ 250 -00 of Jessops vouchers I had won and it works with all my 'old' Pentax lenses M42 as well as 'K' bayonet .. to use an M42 lens I use the Screw-Bayonet adapter I bought for £ 5-00 in 1980 when I got my 'K' mount Pentaxes. I use it on 'AV' or 'Manual' exxposure as the other 'Modes' do not work ( no electric connections of course) This is an earlier version of the 35mm f2 Super-Takumar I got some years ago from a Gent with a 1960's SV and 150mm f4 Super-Takumar and extension tubes all for £25 -00 !!
It is very sharp even at Full Aperture ! Sorry about the DUST but it is a 'Working Camera' for local Press Photography and I do not keep 'Scrubbing' at the lens every time there are some dust specks on it ! I have NEVER had the sensor cleaned since 2007 -- I am careful how I change lenses hold camera with the lens mount pointing downwards as I change lenses.
I took THIS photo with an Olympus mju 760 I won and gave to my Daughter. it is by daylight in our bathroom where there is lots of white reflected light so I do not need Studio Lights.
